At Nexus Badminton, we are committed to your performance on the court and offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that rackets with custom stringing or grip modifications are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached; rackets must have the plastic handle wrap intact and shuttles must be in unopened tubes.
Ship to Nexus Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the gear is padded to prevent transit damage.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned sports gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
